Included Services:
1. Visit and diagnosis of the issue.
2. Recommendation of a solution, with a detailed quotation.
3. Clean up of service area after job is complete.
Excluded Services:
1. Spare parts and consumables (chargeable as per FIXCESS rate card) .
2. Labour charges for any part change(chargeable as per FIXCESS rate card).
3. Any work outside the scope of 'Included' work.

Included Services:
1. Cleaning of all internal parts like Elements, Thermostat, etc.
2. Pre and Post Service checks with details inspection to rule out water leakages along with Inlet and Outlet pipe blockages.
Excluded Services:
1. Spare parts and consumables (chargeable as per FIXCESS rate card) plus applicable Labour Charges.
2. Any work outside of scope of Included work.

Included Services:
1. Complete installation including mounting the equipment and wiring .
2. Explaining the features with complete demonstration and settings.
Excluded Services:
1. Any additional spare parts, consumables required or labour charge if applicable (chargeable as per FIXCESS rate card).
2. Uninstallation of existing Geyser.
3. Any Plumbing work excluded.

Included Services:
1. Uninstallation of products as per standard guidelines.
2. Removing of Inlet water connection.
Excluded Services:
1. Plumbing Work except fitting of pipes .
2. Pipe charges extra if it is not supplied with products.
3. Cost of any Aesthetical &/or Technical Parts if any further defect identified Spare parts and consumables (chargeable as per FIXCESS rate card) .
