At Fixcess, we value your time and strive to deliver prompt and reliable appliance repair and spare parts services. We understand that plans may change, and we’ve designed our cancellation policy to be as fair and transparent as possible for both our customers and technicians.
.Free Cancellation Window: You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment up to 3 hours before the scheduled time without any cancellation fee.
.Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee of ₹99, to compensate our service partner for their time and travel.
.No-Show: If the technician arrives and the customer is unavailable or unreachable for more than 15 minutes, it will be treated as a no-show and a ₹99 fee may be charged.
Before Shipment: Orders for spare parts can be cancelled at no charge before the item is shipped. Please contact us immediately for a cancellation request.
After Shipment: If the item has already been dispatched, cancellations are not possible. However, you may initiate a return or replacement once the item is delivered, in accordance with our Return Policy.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original method of payment.
