3. Service Bookings

•  Customers can schedule service appointments through our website, phone, or in person.
•  Service appointments must be booked in advance, subject to availability.

4. Payment Terms

•  Full payment for services is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
•  We accept various payment methods, including cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
•  All prices for services are clearly stated and subject to applicable taxes.
•  Invoices are provided for each service, and payments are due as per the terms stated on the invoice.

5. Return and Refund Policy

5.1 Product Sales (Parts and Appliances)

•  No Return/No Refund Policy: Products sold by Fixcess & Co., including appliance parts and units, are non-returnable and non-refundable. This applies once a product has been purchased and delivered to the customer.
•  Exceptions: If the product is found to be defective or damaged due to manufacturing errors, Fixcess & Co. will, at its discretion:
•    Offer a repair of the defective product, or
•    Provide a replacement, subject to availability, or
•    Issue a refund, if repair or replacement is not possible.

5.2 Service Refunds

 We strive to provide services that meet our customers’ expectations. However, if there are significant service issues or deviations from the agreed-upon scope of work, the following terms apply:

•    Customers must report service issues within 7 days of service completion.
•    If a service was not performed as per the agreed terms or resulted in damage, Fixcess & Co. will review the complaint and, if found valid, offer a remedy in the form of a repair, rework, or partial/full refund.

5.3 Warranty on Repairs

 We offer a 30-day warranty on all repairs. If the repaired appliance encounters the same issue within this period, we will re-evaluate and fix the problem at no additional cost.

•  Warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, mishandling, or external factors not related to the repair.

5.4 Refund Process

•  Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
•  Refunds will be made through the original payment method used for the transaction.

6. Cancellation Policy

•  Customers can cancel scheduled services up to 24 hours before the appointment without any charge.
•  Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee, as per the service agreement.
•  Fixcess & Co. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in cases of emergencies, technical difficulties, or unavailability of technicians.

7. Limitation of Liability

•  Fixcess & Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including any loss of profits or data.
•  We are not responsible for any damage caused to appliances due to pre-existing conditions, misuse, or neglect.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

•  Providing access to the appliance that requires repair.
•  Ensuring that the appliance is in a safe working environment.
•  Disclosing any previous issues, repairs, or malfunctions related to the appliance before our service visit.

9. Intellectual Property

 All content on www.fixcess.com, including text, images, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of Fixcess & Co. and is protected by intellectual property laws.

 You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without prior written consent.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
